45th Annual DEF July 4th Road Race🏃‍♂️🎉

Join us for this family-friendly 5K Walk/Run through Duxbury’s scenic neighborhoods on the morning of July 4th—all while supporting innovative educational programs in Duxbury Public Schools!

🕗 Kids Fun Run starts on the track at 8:00 AM | 5K Walk/Run starts at 8:30 AM
📍 Steele Athletic Building, 130 St. George Street, Duxbury

🏅 Awards for top finishers in each age category and the most patriotic runner
👕 Participants receive a DEF July 4th Road Race T-shirt! First come, first served. 

Take part in a scavenger hunt exploring local organizations as part of the Duxbury Community Collaborative (DCC) Out to See Duxbury Event to be entered into a drawing to win the EXCLUSIVE #0001 race bib for the DEF July 4th Race!

 ✅ How to Participate in the DEF Scavenger Hunt📍

• Submit an answer for each question using this form. 
• Need a hint? Click the LINK next to the question to visit the organization’s website.
• Forms must be submitted by NOON on Tuesday, May 13th to be eligible to win. 
• The winner will receive one complimentary promo code for race registration, and the winner (or their chosen racer) will be assigned the #0001 race bib for the 2025 DEF July 4th Road Race.
• The winner will be announced on May 14, 2025.
