Registration:$225 per player - Boxed lunch and post-round reception included.

If you don’t have all golfer names at the time of registration, simply enter TBD. Final names and contact information can be submitted prior to the tournament at golf@duxburyeducationfoundation.org.
Boxed Lunch Options (select during registration)
- Big Bird: Turkey, Havarti cheese, coleslaw, thousand island dressing on a ciabatta roll.
- Smokestack: Mesquite smoked turkey, black forest ham, smoked gouda topped with lettuce, sliced tomato, and chipotle mayo on a ciabatta roll.
- Chicken Pesto: Sliced chicken breast and provolone cheese, topped with roasted red peppers, lettuce, and pesto on a ciabatta roll.
- Caprese: Sliced tomato, mozzarella, and pesto on a ciabatta roll.
- Great Western: Mesquite smoked turkey, pepper jack cheese and bacon, drizzled with chipotle mayo on a ciabatta roll.
